Music for Prepared Guitar and Percussion: Vol. 1 is a new album featuring Reid Karris on percussion, metal bowls, skatch boxes, and springbox and Seth Andrew Davis on prepared guitar/electric guitar. This album was recorded from each artists respective locations, Reid in Chicago and Seth in Kansas City. A volume 2 will be coming out later this year.

Reid Karris is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, sound experimentalist and improviser hailing from Chicago Illinois. He plays prepared guitar, drums, percussion and various invented instruments.

Seth Andrew Davis is a performer and composer from the Kansas City area. Davis is an active member in the Kansas City music scene and has been involved in various groups/projects that span various genres including jazz, rock, classical/new music, electronic, electro-acoustic, and free improvisation.
